1. At first go to www.blogger.com. & log in any Gmail id log in. Then click in to creat a limited Blogger profile (photo01)
Go to next page then type your own Blog wave site name in to the Blog profile display name field.
then continue to Blogger button & go to next step. click to new blog.
Then next page type your blog site name in to title box and address box type your blog site Url address. (www.photopic24.blogspot.com) then select a theme click create blog.
